What this policy covers

Gautier Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Gautier, MS. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

It applies to this site, starting from our home page, and to the messages you send us through it. It doesn't cover other websites you reach through a link on our pages, because those sites have their own policies.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, you give us what the form asks for, usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a description of the work you have in mind. If you call or email us, we get whatever you choose to tell us in that call or message.

Our contact form runs on a third-party form service, so what you type into it passes through that service before it reaches us. We only ask for what we need to answer you and give you an estimate.

Cookies and analytics

Like most websites, ours may use cookies, which are small files your browser stores, along with basic analytics tools. These can record things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use and the general area you're browsing from.

We use that information in summary form to see which pages people find useful and to fix anything that isn't working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading pages and contacting us.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, set up an estimate, schedule and do the work, and follow up on a job we've done. We may also keep records we need for billing, taxes and warranty questions.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join.

Who we share it with

We share information only when it's needed to run the business or the job. That can mean the services that host our website, handle our form and provide our analytics, or a supplier or crew member who needs the job address to do the work.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our business, our customers or the public when there's a real need to.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details and job records for as long as we need them to answer you, finish the work and handle any questions that come up afterward, plus whatever time tax and business records call for. When we no longer need something, we delete it or remove the parts that identify you.

No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us and limit who can see it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it when we don't need to keep it for a job or for our records. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you other rights over your information too, and we'll honor those requests where they apply. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so we don't hand someone else's information to the wrong person.

Children

Our website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes and properties. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the tools behind it change. When we do, the new version will be posted on this page, and using the site after that means the updated policy applies.

How to raise a privacy question

If you have a question or concern about your information, or want to make one of the requests above, call us at (228) 263-3738 or send us a message through our contact page. We reply within 1 business day.
